Sign up to attend the first viewing of the newly built rental apartments in our neighbourhood. During the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to see a show apartment, explore the area and sign up with our representatives from property managers ByggVesta.

The easiest way to get here is by commuter train to Flemingsberg station, followed by a short walk. Buses are also available. Please note that the area is still a construction site and access is therefore limited. It is important to follow the signage and remain alert to construction traffic. Our apartments are listed on several trusted rental platforms, each offering the latest information about the rental process, availability, apartment sizes, monthly rent and the timeline for completion and moving in.

The project will be completed in phases. The first building will be ready for moving in April 2026, and the remaining buildings will be finalised with 2–3 months intervals.

To ensure comfort for all residents, the number of occupants should match the size and layout of the apartment.
Some apartments have balconies and a loft, some don't. Each apartment includes a private storage unit. All apartment includes a dishwashing machine and a combined washing machine/tumble dryer. For more details, see the apartment specifications above.
